The Community Health Teams winter 2022 flyer is now available and registration is open for their health and wellness programs.
Community Health Teams is a service of Nova Scotia Health in partnership with the IWK offering wellness programs and services in the greater Halifax area.
- Most programs offered are online through Zoom for Healthcare. A small selection of programs are being offered in person.
- For in-person programs, participants will follow all public health and Nova Scotia Health guidelines that apply at that time.
- Registration is required: A valid Nova Scotia health card number is required to register. For parenting programs, have your child’s health card available to register.
Registration is easy! Open the electronic version of the flyer attached here. For most programs, click on “Click Here” in the program description and you will be taken to the registration page for that program. For some programs, there will be other information on how to register in the program description.
All programs and services are FREE!
